Chris Wilkins, VP, Business Development  
Upon graduating from the University of Sunderland (England) with an Honors Degree in Business Administration, Chris entered the field of Executive Search. He began his career running desks for two nationally-prominent UK firms.  In 1997, Chris was recruited by one of his largest clients, PricewaterhouseCoopers, to work directly for them as a Recruitment Manager for their Management Consulting Service business in New York City. There, he held successive positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in his position as Recruitment Leader for the Human Capital Solutions Practice for the Eastern Business Unit.  Thereafter, Chris held senior-level positions within several blue-chip companies, including Deloitte Consulting as a Recruitment Lead for their healthcare practice; Ingersoll Rand, where, as Manager of Strategic Staffing, he was responsible for personally filling key leadership positions globally; and DSM, N.V. (an €8.8bn, 20,000-employee Materials and Life Sciences company) where, he served as the Director of Recruitment for the North American Region and also led DSM’s Recruitment Center of Excellence. In his positions as a senior-level recruitment specialist, Chris hired several Interim HR Professionals from Continuiti and was very impressed with its novel, “super-niche” business model. Now, as Continuiti’s Vice President of Business Development, Chris draws upon his wealth of recruitment experience, making him uniquely qualified to consult and partner with clients on best practices for leveraging interim talent within their HR organizations.
