Debra Horowitz, Co-Founder & Partner
An honors graduate of the University of Michigan, Debra was selected for Nat West's prestigious credit training program. After working as a corporate banker, she joined a well-known NYC financial services retained search firm, where she recruited executive-level corporate finance and capital markets professionals for Wall Street. While at that firm, she also performed business development, building a desk of top-tier clients including large investment banks and commercial banks as well as smaller niche financial firms such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) boutiques. Subsequently, in her next role, Debra led and managed the recruiting effort at a firm which specialized in placing HR professionals for contract and permanent assignments with Fortune 500 and emerging growth corporations. Drawing upon her business development skills and established personal network, she also expanded the firm’s Fortune clientele. Despite her successes, throughout her career, Debra often thought: there’s a much better way to run this business…. She soon joined forces with a like-minded partner, Regina McGuire, and Continuiti’s unique niche-specific, humanistic staffing model was launched – national recognition quickly followed! Today, Debra is Continuiti’s Director of Sales and Recruiting; she expertly counsels clients, directs Continuiti’s team of “super-niche” recruiters and sales staff, and ensures rapid, consistent delivery of outstanding candidates to Fortune clients throughout the US and Canada.
