Regina received a dual B.A. with honors from Boston College, where she also participated in the Carroll School of Management Honors Program. Upon graduating from law school, Regina spent the next seven years as a successful commercial litigator with a large New Jersey firm. As a litigator, she represented several staffing firms and became familiar with the professional recruiting industry. Therefore, when she decided to make a career change to an industry with a more “win-win” environment, she accepted a position with the NYC flagship office of one of the nation’s largest legal search firms, recruiting attorneys for Fortune 1000 corporations and developing new clientele while serving on the Executive Management Team. After a few years, Regina moved to a promising placement firm in NJ, bringing her newly-honed operations expertise with her. She helped that firm develop a new brand identity as specialists in the placement of HR professionals in the tri-state market for both contract and permanent positions. In this role, and throughout her career, Regina cast her fresh eyes on the staffing industry – and was struck by its faltering credibility. In particular, for several years the staffing industry had been caught in a consolidation craze, where the theory was, "practice in as many industries as possible so you can cross-market your services to your clients! Leave no client staffing dollars on the table!” Unfortunately, this created an industry replete with firms that were “jacks of all trades and masters of none.” The buyers of staffing services had trouble differentiating among firms. Thus, Regina joined forces with her current partner, Debra Horowitz, to create a new business model – restoring subject matter expertise by utilizing a “super-niche” staffing approach, in this case, focused solely on the placement of Interim HR Professionals. Continuiti was born! Today, Continuiti handles a “blue chip” clientele and draws from a deep network of Interim HR Professionals in the US and Canada. As Director of Operations, Strategy and Marketing, Regina drives brand awareness and organizational excellence, and provides compliance expertise.
