Regina is well-known for her highly consultative style and outstanding service delivery. She rapidly analyzes client needs, drawing upon her deep HR market expertise to capably guide her clients towards sound, validated job requirements. She then uses aggressive screening techniques to ensure that referred talent is spot-on in terms of desired skills, background and cost. Regina takes an equally consultative approach with candidates and is an expert source of career advice for the current and future HR market. Regina also directs brand awareness, organizational excellence and legal compliance programs, ensuring that Continuiti is poised for success in this fluid marketplace.
Regina’s introduction to the staffing industry began in her prior career as a successful commercial litigator, where she represented several staffing firms. Eventually, she joined the industry herself, ultimately working on the executive teams of some of the nation’s largest search firms before launching Continuiti, LLC with partner Debra Horowitz in 2003.
Throughout her career, Regina cast fresh eyes on the staffing industry – and was struck by its faltering credibility – it was an industry replete with firms that were “jacks of all trades and masters of none.” Thus, she vowed to create a new model – restoring subject matter expertise by utilizing a “super-niche” staffing approach, in this case, focused solely on the placement of Interim HR Professionals. Continuiti was born! Today, Continuiti handles a “blue chip” clientele and draws from a deep network of Interim HR Professionals in the US and Canada. Although Interim HR remains the firm’s primary focus, in response to client demand, a permanent placement division, “Continuiti HR Direct” was added in 2010.
Regina holds a dual B.A. with honors from Boston College where she was a participant in the Carroll School of Management Honors Program. She also holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University.
