After working as a corporate banker, she joined a well-known NYC financial services retained search firm, where she recruited executive-level corporate finance and capital markets professionals for Wall Street.

Regina McGuire, Co-Founder & Partner 
Regina received a dual B.A. with honors from Boston College, where she also participated in the Carroll School of Management Honors Program. Upon graduating from law school, Regina spent the next seven years as a successful commercial litigator with a large New Jersey firm.

Chris Wilkins, VP, Business Development  
Upon graduating from the University of Sunderland (England) with an Honors Degree in Business Administration, Chris entered the field of Executive Search. He began his career running desks for two nationally-prominent UK firms.  In 1997, Chris was recruited by one of his largest clients, PricewaterhouseCoopers, to work directly for them as a Recruitment Manager for their Management Consulting Service business in New York City.
