An honors graduate of the University of Michigan, Debra was selected for Nat West's prestigious credit training program. After working as a commercial lender, she joined a well-known NYC financial services retained search firm, where she recruited corporate finance and capital markets professionals for Wall Street.  Subsequently, she recruited HR professionals for contract and permanent assignments with Fortune 500 and emerging growth corporations.  Throughout her career, Debra often thought: there’s a much better way to run this business….  She soon joined forces with a like-minded partner and Continuiti’s unique niche-specific and humanistic staffing model was launched – national recognition quickly followed!   Today, Debra is Continuiti’s Director of Sales and Recruiting; she expertly counsels clients, directs Continuiti’s team of  “super-niche” recruiters and sales staff, and ensures rapid, consistent delivery of outstanding candidates to Fortune clients throughout the US and Canada.

Regina McGuire, Co-Founder & Partner – 
A cum laude graduate of Boston College and the Seton Hall University School of Law, Regina was first a successful commercial litigator.   She then joined a national legal search firm, recruiting attorneys for Fortune 1000 corporations while serving on the Executive Management Team.  Subsequently, she recruited HR professionals in the tri-state market for both contract and permanent positions. Consistently, Regina cast her fresh eyes on the staffing business – and was struck by its faltering credibility.  She joined forces with her current partner to create a new business model for the industry – restoring subject matter expertise in their chosen industry (HR) by utilizing a “super-niche” staffing approach.  Continuiti was born!   Today, Continuiti handles a “blue chip” clientele and draws from a deep network of Interim HR Professionals in the US and Canada.  As Director of Operations, Strategy and Marketing, Regina drives brand awareness and organizational excellence, and provides compliance expertise.
