Roseland, NJ, January, 2009 – Continuiti National Interim HR Staffing was honored with the 2008 Inc. 5000 Award by Inc. Magazine, which recognizes the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
The Inc. 5000 is an expansion of the Inc. 500 list introduced in 1982. Companies for the 2008 Inc. 5000 were admitted and then ranked based upon percentage revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. Additional criteria required that the companies be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent -- not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies. Continuiti National Interim HR Staffing was ranked 2544 out of 5000.
A women-owned business, Continuiti was launched in 2003 by Debra Horowitz and Regina McGuire, Co-founders and Partners. With extensive careers in the staffing world, they watched the professional temporary staffing industry consolidate to the point where most firms staffed across multiple specialties. In doing so, these firms spread their recruiting resources extremely thin, diluting their ability to quickly and accurately provide the professional talent companies need for their contingent workforce.
